I have an IPA recipe that I brewed on May 1st. After the boil I poured the whole pot into the primary. OG was 1.054. I let it sit for 24 day at 65º-66º. I just racked it to secondary today. Gravity was 1.014. My recipe says Dry hop (Centennial Leaf hops) for 7 days, but my question is what temp should I keep it at for these 7 days? Should I do anything to prep the hops before I put them in? I've heard about microwaving the? I will be bottling if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the help.

Here is the recipe in case anyone is interested.
