Should I wait to bottle a 5gal batch until all of the hops have fallen out of the top of my carboy? It seems as if they are slowly making their way to the bottom, but I don't know how long to wait. gravity is not moving down and I think the beer is done from that standpoint (1.012 from OG 1.058) The hops I used were pellet form. Thanks in advance~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

No. It'll take a good deal of time for all of them to fall out. I leave my dry hops in for 10 days max and then bottle or keg. Any more than that, and I've had off flavors from dryhopping too long.

Yeah, minimum 10-14 days. If you still have some flotters, which is unlikely, simply siphon off the bottom and you're go to go.
