So I brewed a version of the famous Centennial Blonde floating around here and I need some begging help. I used extra light LME instead of DME. I also used 1oz of galaxy and cascade with 5min left in the boil. Needless to say the LME took over and it is way to malty with no hop taste. It has been pegged and carved for about a week now. Question is, can I dry hop it now that its all carbed up to try and get some hop flavor in there? If so, any suggestions on a hops or stick with a galaxy, cascade combo. Thanks for the help.

I just did this. Put an ounce each of Galaxy and Citra in my big wave clone. Put them in a hop bag and tossed them in.
