Dry hop draft beer post brewing?

Has anyone tried to pour draft beer into a bottle or growler, seal it and drink after some time later? Would need to possibly filter settled hops. Just curious. One day you may want a good hop aroma and another day not.

People make hop rockets, bars have caught on to this also. It consist of a water filter canister, the one with the screw off bottom about 10 - 12"s tall, packed with whole leaf hops, and the beer is dispensed thru the hops. A simple screen filter in the filter housing should work fine. No sediment.

I've put fresh hop cones directly in my beers before so I don't see why not.
