Nothing terrible with them but I would avoid ordering due to slight confusion. I placed an order thinking they were a retailer that had items in stock. The reality is they are just a middle man that orders through other suppliers. For example I ordered some Thogus nylon fittings along with stainless parts. I got shipping boxes from Grainger. Also one of my boxes seems to have not had my ordered Orings. So I contacted drillspot's customer service via online chat. I was told it was shipped by grainger and left at my front door. Well I have to call grainger because like an idiot I did not save my invoice and don't have the orings. It's not a huge deal but they're $10 and I don't have them. The issue is that if something is not shipped or backordered drillspot.com will not know because it's not their stock. So when you have an issue with something missing from a box drillspot doesn't seem to be able to do anything for you.

Moral of the story, order from Grainger.

Order # O1A-4DN8-1ER8 . Ordered on a Monday through their website and paid extra PRIORITY shipping as it said estimated Thursday delivery. Got notification on Thursday ... Good news (not)... they shipped my order via UPS on Thursday! Called Customer service and complained, they said it was just estimated. Now this is for an A/C part and I've been dying from the heat. Asked if I bought another one overnight and got quoted $50 just for shipping ( Part was $20) . . Didnt even get a break. With their screw up, they're just refunding me difference of UPS ground ship rate from USPS priority rate that I ordered.
