Two questions...

I'm planning on getting a Perlick tower, any other brands I should consider?

I was originally planning on getting a dual tap... But am now considering a triple tap as it is only $25 more. I have room for three kegs in my keezer, but only plan on typically having two kegs on tap. Does it make sense to invest a little more now just in case?

There's multiple ways to go about a 3-tap tower, some cleaner in appearance than others. Either the factory-made version, or buying a single/ double and modifying (drill 7/8" hole). Even a dual-faucet shank to replace a single faucet, though that would look odd with a third faucet.

I originally had a single-faucet tower in a commercial kegerator. I quickly drilled for and installed a second tap in the side of the tower. I was good with two 5-gallon kegs, but then my wife wanted a beer. Put in a three gallon keg and tried to drill for the third faucet, but my tower is only 2 or 2.5" and there's just not enough room inside. So, I built a T-tower from 1" pine. I have yet to install it, but it'll be on this weekend. My current metal tower looks awful all cobbled together. I guess the point is, if you have room for three kegs you should just prepare to serve three- even if you only have use for two at the moment.

You can use any tower you like that fits your needs so long as it has Perlick faucets on it, so it doesn't have to be a perlick brand tower. Seriously don't bother getting any non-perlick faucets though, you'll just have to pay to replace them with perlicks in short order anyway.
