This will be my 1st all grain...but I still only have 5 gallon pots. Solution? Divide the recipe between 2 pots.

I will brew this tomorrow.

BOTH POTS
- Steep grains in 14 liters of water @ 150 degrees - Sparge up to 18 liters
- Boil down to 10 liters

POT 1

9 lbs. 2-row
1 lb. Amber malt
.5 lb. Brown Sugar

1 oz. Magnum FWH
.5 oz. Amarillo @ 20 min.
.5 oz. Simcoe @ 20 min.
.5 oz. Amarillo @ 10 min.
.5 oz. Simcoe @ 10 min.
1 oz. Centennial @ 5 min.

POT 2

9 lbs. 2-row
.5 lb. Crystal 120
.5 lb. Brown Sugar

1 oz. Magnum FWH
.5 oz. Amarillo @ 20 min.
.5 oz. Simcoe @ 20 min.
.5 oz. Amarillo @ 10 min.
.5 oz. Simcoe @ 10 min.
1 oz. Centennial @ 5 min.

Cool below 80 degrees, and combine both pots in a bucket and pitch yeast.
Ferment for 60 days...and then things get interesting.
I have a 10 liter oak barrel, so I plan to put half my batch in the barrel, and continue to age the remaining half in a secondary bucket.

Leave in oak for 2 months, then return it to the secondary. Let this sit for 2 months, then bottle.

Due to ridiculous events COMPLETELY caused by me, please do not follow this recipe. It was a nice idea, but whole thing went Ka-Flooy.

I'd delete it if I knew how.
