I'm very new to recipe creation, so I need some guidance on a DIPA recipe. I want to make a big summer citrus-y IPA without the teeth-melting super high IBUs.

Looking for feedback on hop schedule. Do I need a 10-15 minute charge at all, or is a large whirlpool like this ok? I want an obvious citrus aroma without being too overpowering.

Also, Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe all play well together at these ratios?
