Trying to develop a recipe that is based on the beer Knuckle Sandwich.
Imperial IPA with taste resinous hops leave a Peach and grapefruit bitterness in the finish along with some pine. Lots of caramel sweet balances the big hops. Grapefruit bitterness lingers a bit, softly and a deceiving 10% abv. Would love feedback.

Notes:
I added a small amount of Carafa 1 to get my SRM closer to 12 (worried about too much Crystal 40)
