I now understand your concern. I did notice that FDA said no crock pots, including Crock Pot brand, were found to contain leachable lead. I believe you have done all a reasonable person can do, and you are safe.
For what it's worth: I'm an old guy, and I grew up eating homemade sauer kraut and hominy, brewed up in ancient 5 gallon crocks that I am certain had a lead glaze. I turned out alright, and my other head says he did, too. Good luck!
