Hopefully my attachments work - was wondering if these scoby's look 'normal' to you?? Would be a little late for this question as I already drank some of the kombucha....lol.

This looks like a healthy SCOBY to me. What kind of tea did you use, just curious?

Hey Bit, I used organic English breakfast.
Is this ok?
Last time I used organic oolong.

Yes, Organic English Breakfast tea should be just fine. I would like to try oolong myself some day.

We have been using this brand since we started and it has been great.
