in the final stages of design before I build my fermemtation chamber. Inspiration came from the threads of Weber's fermentation chamber...looking for input.

OK...for the design specs...

size was to be able to hold at least 8 glass fermenters, and also big enough to hold 1/2 barrels or the cedar beer crates I made (all imposed in the pic). The idea is to have two cooling zones, top is the cold, bottom is the ale fermentation range. A computer fan fan will be between the top and bottom zones to move cold from the top to the bottom, controlled by a STC 1000 (just like how weber did his). Walls, top, floor, & shelf will be insulated by sandwiching 2" and 1.5" foam board (or about R19). I plan on using a 5000btu air conditioner controlled by a cool bot. Will probably have it so the top can be used for serving (note the tap handles), The system intent is to be capable of having 8 fermwraps, each individually controlled by a STC 1000.

OK...what did I miss, what did I do wrong, and what would you do different?
