Do people simply keg their beer after the primary fermentation?

10days to 2 weeks in primary. Then cold crash and transfer to the serving keg usually 2 days later. Then put it on gas and its ready to drink (see note below).

Note: I ferment in corny so I remove blow off tube just before end of ferment, to pick up natural carbonation before transfering from primary (spunding). Transfer to serving corny needs to be by gas into beer out tube of purged receiving keg.

I add Irish moss at the last 15 minutes of boil, 14 - 21 days in primary fermenter, cold crash for 24 hours at 38 F, then keg at 10 PSI for 2 weeks and I'm crystal clear.

2-3 weeks primary, followed by a week of cold-crashing and gelatin, then into the keg for 2 weeks of carbing.

+1 on this method (usually three weeks primary). I dry :fro: hop in the keg for 3-7 days if the recipe calls for it.
