Do I need to refigerate

Hello,

Once my bottled beer is conditioned,(2-3 weeks on avg.) and the carbonation is right,does it have to be stored in the refrigerator or can I chill it as I need it ? If I leave it out it would be in a dark room at app. 68 degrees. I usually bottle ales or IPA's. Thanks

IPA=India Pale Ale

You can chill them as needed...just make sure they stay constant in temp and you'll be good to go.

For hoppy beers, it's best to keep them chilled to avoid loss of hop flavor and aroma. Oxidation will occur faster at higher temperature as well.
