Hello.

I used campden tablets 24h before pitching yeast.
I was wondering if campden tablets can contribute to the DMS smell?

No. With campden, you may get a hint of sulfur initially but definitely no vegetative aromas like cabbage.
Is it actively fermenting? If it is, you can try stirring it well to degas. If it's still on the fruit, you can remove the fruit because decaying fruit can smell like DMS.

Ok, I give. A quick search for DMS got me a few thousand hits, none of which seem to pertain to wine making/brewing. So what is it?
