I ordered the following ingredients and now am scared my ratio of grain to dme is off. All grain is already mixed.

---- Briess Traditional Dark Dry Extract 7.5 lb
---- Briess Roasted Barley 0.5 lb
--- Briess Flaked Oats 0.5 lb
---- Briess 2 Row Caramel 0.5 lb
---- Briess Organic Chocolate 0.5 lb
---- Franco-Belges Kiln Coffee 0.5 lb
---- Crisp Black Malt 0101486 0.5 lb
---- Oak Chips, Toasted - 4 oz. 1 ea
---- Malto Dextrin - 8 oz package 1 ea

I will use 1 oz magnum at 60 minutes.

I also have several oz's of amarillo and citra hops and am unsure how much/when to add for flavor.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you want to know?

Do you need a recipe? Or did you base an extract recipe off of an all grain recipe you found?

What are you trying to brew?

Basically, I just got all of the before mentioned shipped to me and didn't realize all my grains would be mixed together. Will those ingredients work for an imp stout?
