So just to share my excitement...
i put in a weldless bulkhead on tonight!
Got bored so i went to my local ace (they seem to have just about everything i need for this stuff including the hard to find SS washers)
spent a bit more then what bargan fittings would have sent to me, but i was bored :) was $20 i think all together.

ended up doing one setup i saw online, a flair nut, a washer and silicone from kitchen item.

tested it on the burner, no leaks! prolly gonna put another washer on the front just for safety :) opinions?

deff. going with bargain fittings next go round though! unless i can find that ORING locally, which i doubt!
:EDIT: just found out that the buna-n orings at lowes and ACE are food safe, so it looks like i'll be making these from now on!

and i bought these from harbor freight for $20 for a set of 2, it went through my alumn. without a hitch and didn't need a pilot hole either.

Most of my brewing hardware came from our local Ace. Awesome store! You will enjoy that valve. I can still remember not having one although I'm trying to block out the memory.
