Distilled water?

Just purchased my first all grain system. Reading about water is distilled water used by anyone? I do use whirfloc beacuse i'm on city water.

I've used both distilled water & spring water for my partial mashes. Both work fine. But distilled can be better with the right stuff added. Maybe have a look at the water chemistry forum below.
