The picture if you zoom in shows a seawater refractometer.
and he misspelled sugar
not a lot of confidence in this auction

Also of note is that the refractometer in his picture shows a part number of MA-887, not MA-871. MA-887 matches to their Seawater Refractometer.

hmm, it does look like the seawater one with the third button.

but on the unit it says must be calibrated to 0 for Brix or 1.000 for seawater? anyone know how the seawater ones work?

off-topic, but you got me scared now...the one i bought is in transit right now, but it had the exact same Title, but different tumbnail.....


should have it saturday, or monday....different sellers, with different locations 🤞

i was looking into to built in calculations they use for a different refractive indexs. maybe i could convert it....

(still more fun then pumpin a few $20's into a slot machine, i'll see if he takes my $40 offer, lol)
