Difficulty breathing after milling grains

I mill directly into MLT. Since I’m milling inside I wear a mask for about 15 minutes.

If I don’t I end of wheezing by the end of the day.

My skin also gets very irritated by grain dust too.
 
When I used to condition I would do it the night prior to brewday. I never had any issues personally. Cheers
 
Depending on your system, conditioning can improve extraction by allowing you to crush with a tighter gap.

It is OK to mill in advance of brewing. 1-2% water is not enough to spoil the grain or significantly promote microbe growth in a few days.
