Hello everyone! I am fairly new to home brewing and am currently working on my third batch of beer. I definitely like to get creative when it comes to home brewing. So far I tend to use different sugar sources when it comes to brewing with extract. I was thinking of using sweet condensed milk in a stout or porter.......... Did some research and as far as I know the stuff does not spoil. Any thoughts of possible outcomes?

I don't know what that stuff is exactly, but I would recommend you use pure lactose for the effect you're looking for. It's a complex non-fermentable sugar that adds creamy body to beer.

Give it a shot and make sure to get some pictures. Sounds disgusting, though.
