The temp differential adjustment is different, as is the probe lead length. The NB description says the adjustment is 1 - 3 degrees while the MW is 1 - 30.
 
So, there's no real difference -- aside from the possible difference in probe length?
 
yeah, no difference aside from possible probe length. wiring is done after the factory, so that might be a little different too.

fyi, midwest says "out of stock"....
