Hi, i make my first cider this year, and yesterday i racked cider after primary to clean carboy to secondary, and SG after primary was 1.000,OG was btw 1.050. but refractometer says that cider has 4,2% Brix in sugars, how is it possible? The refractometer shows the non-fermentable sugars? Thanks for answer. Have a nice day and good cider!

Alcohol disrupts the final measurement. Fortunately, you can estimate the finishing gravity using a conversion calculator. Go to "Part II" of the following link and use 1.06 as the "Wort Correction Factor", based on my experience with using this. Then you'll see that your FG is actually closer to about 0.996, which makes perfect sense for a dry cider.
