dieu du ciel yeast harvest

hi there, i have been researching this but to no avail.
i bought two bottles of dieu du ciel today. the blanche du paradis and the derniere volonte. i'm wondering what strain of yeast is used for bottling and whether or not they are harvestable? i have never tried these beers before (got stirred up on the way home so gonna let them sit for awhile)
now i know some of you are gonna say why are you gonna try and culture yeast from a product you don't even know if you like?
short answer cuz i'm off work for a week and i have wayyyy too much time on my hands lol. it beats watching an airlock for hours lol.

has anyone ever done this or have any info on whether or not these beers have the proprietary yeast in it or if its just a bottling strain?

The best way to find out is to simply try it. Make a starter, and when it's done fermenting, give it a taste. If you like what you taste, use it in a batch. If not, toss it. Doesn't cost too much to make a starter
