So I was getting a gravity reading 3 days before I was going to bottle my beer. I have a spiggot on my fermenter to get it out easier. So when I opened it to allow beer out the suction brought some of the airlock water into the beer. Is it most likely going to be infected? Any way I can save it?

the first question would be is, what did you have in the airlock? Sanitizer and alcohol being sucked through is no problem.

Nah - you’re fine. If it was three days before bottling then fermentation is (hopefully) complete and the risk of infection is low for two reasons, (1) alcohol is present, (2) it’s sanitizer and thus unlikely by its very nature to cause an infection. The amount that got sucked in will be imperceptible, and this happens quite often. You spray down your bottling bucket before racking to it, right? Same thing just slightly more. Don’t worry!

You'll likely be fine. It's such a little amount of liquid in the airlock and as @Amadeo38 already covered, the alcohol in the beer acts as a preventative for infection. If you're still concerned, after carbonation put the beer in a fridge to slow any bacterial growth. But leave a few out, just to show that it likely isn't an issue.

Personally? It wouldn't even be on my radar.
