Did I get a good deal on aluminum pots?

I picked up a few pots on CL yesterday;

One aluminum 60 quart (15gal) pot, and one 40 quart (10gal) - with matching lids, for $80 total

I feel like I got a decent deal, but I'm having some buyer's remorse right now. I still have to buy a decent wort chiller, and turkey fryer .

How much are you guys buying your used/new alum pots for?

I bought my 40qt stainless for $60. Not the heaviest gauge but it works.

I think that's what I paid. It was 4 or 5 years ago though. You got me thinking I was full of it but I just found one on ebay for $80(new).

I didn't take any measurements, but my 40qt is pretty beefy and almost as thick as my 60qt pot. The lid on the 40qt is a lot nicer too. I think the big one is a smart and final brand.

So I maybe paid 50-60% off the original Sounds good.
