Dear All,

I was hoping someone can help me find a recipe for the Uinta Detour IIPA. I really like the high-malt and hoppy flavor profile. Does someone know of another beer that has this same profile?

Thanks....

Da Yoopers house pale is a good place to start. That grain combo is pretty close iirc. Just adjust the gravity up and swap/add more some hops.
I think detour may have a bit of darker crystal hops, but it's been over a year since I had one so going off of pure memory.

Per unita's site:

Munich, C40
Bravo, Citra, Simcoe
9.5%, 96ibu, 19srm

So build an all Munich beer to 9.5 based on your system efficiency
Add c40 until you hit 19srm
I would guess Bravo is bittering with citra and Simcoe as later additions. Shouldn't be hard to get to 96ibu with those three.
