My avatar pic is from a Carnival Cruise vacation. They own a private island named Half Moon Kay. When we arrived at the island the first thing we saw was a bar, and this guy. I think they named the island after him.

I got my HBT name, my brewery name, my avatar and my sig on there.

Prior to 1994 when this law was amended, the statute read ?fined not
