Hello!

I've had the following stout fermenting for the past 2 weeks:

I'm brewing it for my wedding reception which is mid May 2014.

I don't typically do a secondary so should I leave it in the primary for a 3rd week or go ahead and bottle to give it plenty of time to carb up?

If you don't want it until mid may, I'd recommend leaving it for a couple more weeks. It will let a lot of the fine roast particles to drop out.
