I'm getting ready to build my mash tun out of an old cooler I have lying around and there's one thing bugging me. I have all the parts to build a manifold out of cpvc. What's the best way to debur the slots/holes cut into the pipes? I have sandpaper and I'm not worried about the ends but can't for the life of me wrap my brain around getting something in the pipes to debur the middle. Any ideas? I know others have built manifolds out of cpvc because I've seen them. But I can't find a description of how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

What are you using to make the hole/slots? I would think if you used a dremel your cuts would be rather clean.
