I know it is kinda a dead zone over there, but I think the BN Forum has been removed from the website. I try to drop in over there periodically to help keep it moving and see what is going on. I posted over there earlier this week, and it now looks as though you can't access the forum from the front page of the website. has anyone noticed this issue? I can still find it if I search for it directly on google.

I am more active here, but it just seems sad if the forum over there is actually gone. It's like when your one friend who parties too hard is actually in some trouble, really scary when it is happening haha.

I see the forum just fine. Maybe you have a problem on your side?

I think there's been some talk of a re-vamp and server change if memory serves. I think there was also some talk on making podcasts available of google play also. Not sure if it's happened yet or not?

I just checked it out, not a lot of recent activity on their forum. I used to listen to the BN all the time, but since Jamil opened his brewery and Justin started a bar, the focus seems to have turned away from homebrewing. I did enjoy the Sour Hour though, I might start tuning that in again.....

I am listening to the archives for the first time while listening to new shows as they come out. It has definitely deviated from home brewing, but it is still entertaining and I think there is good beer knowledge in it still. I listen to Experimental Brewing, Dr. Homebrew, and the Brulosophy podcast to get my specifically homebrew podcasting satiated.

I also like Jamils stuff when he goes over styles and stays somewhat coherent. I've gotten hooked on Beersmith again lately. It's top notch on info and no one is usually slurring by the end. I'll admit though, I do kinda like the lightheartedness, and childlike behaviour on the BN. Basic Brewing Radio isn't to bad. And if you're feeling like a total mess, Dean Delray-Let There Be Talk :rockin: has absolutely nothing to do with brewing, but trainwrecks are fun!

What's the BN forum?

To be honest, I can't tell if you are making a joke or are asking a real question. If it is a joke, it is fairly funny as the forum is very inactive.

If not, I will explain. The BN (Brewing Network) is a group of about 5 or so podcasts centered around beer and home brewing. They have ebbed and flowed in terms of concentration on home brewing. They used to be massively popular, and still are fairly popular and relatively well liked. There are those of us who love what they do and others who wish it was a bit more restrained/less childish. I would definitely recommend their podcasts if you have not listened to them yet.
