i know there are a few post already about the dead guy kit. i just popped the cap on the first and it was kinda tasty. it could use a little more time to carb, its been two weeks. my basement has been a little warmer than the 62F that i fermented at.

This was the first time i did a dry extract brew and i used hop bags like the directions said. i left the bags loose on the pellets but once they hit the wort i immediately regretted using them.

I read one post before i brewed the kit that said theirs was really sweet and not very hoppy. i could care less if it tastes exactly like dead guy, so i nearly doubled the bittering hops and didn't use all the candy. Well mine is sweet. Will more bottle conditioning time mellow this or make it worse?

My guess is that it will change w/ time. Usually drying and more carb to come...good luck. How long has it been since being brewed? bottled?
