Can't find good chorizo in Austin, it's usually sausage w/ pepper :confused:

Holy moly, high carb, nose and taste are old lambic. A tiny hint of delicious apple in here, not sure if that has been present the whole time but wouldn't be surprised. Soft, deep, and high wet sock factor. Spectacular, moldy cork and all.
