I've been saving this one for quite a while to celebrate a big moment. Earlier today my wife and I closed on a mixed-use building in the Hudson Valley where we're gonna run a beer and cheese joint on the ground floor and live upstairs all Bobs Burgers like. Phase 1 complete.
