My office shut down early for the day due to technical problems. So after stopping at a downtown meat market for some duck prosciutto, pork belly, and pork cheeks (recipes welcome), I decided to crack the following:

This isn't what I'd call a great beer...no shame if I never had it again. But I would call it the quintessence of a proper session beer, since it is also exactly the sort of thing I could drink a couple of six packs of over the course of a long day.

Lady Legger Lambic style ale from Arbor Brewing. Nice funk and tart lemon finish. Nowhere near true belgian lambic, but a decent sour blonde. Sort of reminds me of the Lambickx offerings.
