Nothing like a crisp sour on a hot day. Speciation Ales Common Descent, a beet and cherry Berliner Weisse, clocking in at a crushable 2.2% ABV. A gorgeous golden ale pours vigorously from the bottle, absolutely alive with carbonation. Acidic fruit invades the nose, taste follows suit with sour cherry and a funky, almost Gose like finish, which I'm assuming is the contribution of the beets. Crisp, dry, and refreshing. Can't wait until this place is up a running in GR, it's going to be awesome.
