Trying to find some fermentor space so I'm checking up on a couple beers. BdG on left and Triple on right, both with assorted dregs. Both were very ropey last I checked - only 6 weeks ago for BdG. That's what passed and both are very delicate and amazingly fruity, but neither seems quite ready to bottle. BdG has that elusive ghost strawberry thing going. These degustation glasses are about perfect for nosing and tasting.

How'd the "whale" taste?

Velvet is great, but not god tier. Smooth, quality, almost medium smooth coffee and vanilla, def not strong. Aftertaste is nice.

Very good batch this year. The spruce needles seemed dialed back a skosh, it is brighter and more balanced. Give it another try steimie.
