Ellipsis Brewing Wheeze Da Juice via johnyb

Citrus. Resiny. Pillowy. Sweet.

A crowler from a brand new brewery to me, and it's held up very well considering the FL to IL journey in the summer heat. Juicy citrus and resiny hop character meets that pillowy oat / wheat heavy malt character and mouthfeel, finishes a bit sweeter than I'd like but pretty tasty for the style.

Now if I could only learn to pour from a crowler without making a mess that would be great...

Ellipsis is a fairly new brewer in Orlando, I would personally rate them near the top of Orlando area brewers, which is admittedly a very low bar but improving. Tampa is an embarrassment of riches brewery wise, so
It’s nice not having to drive 1 1/2 hours to visit a solid place.

how long did it take to reel em in? did they cut and cook em for you right on the beach?

a long time ago a group of us went down and 3 of us went fishing instead of getting drunk haha, i hoped for one of these bad boys but no luck. we did catch a mahi and they cleaned and fried it right on the beach, awesome day for sure
