Drinking the same thing tonight, Hop Butcher for the World Mellotron (Azacca, Motueka, Simcoe hopped DIPA)

Citrus. Resin. Sweet. Haze.

A friend who works at a local Binnys convinced me to pick up a couple 4 packs from Hop Butcher, and while it's not my preferred style of beer (NE IPA), this one is pretty tasty for what it is. Bit citrus / resiny hop profile with a bit more hop bitterness than you usually get and that typical sweet finish with a lingering full / smooth mouthfeel.

Also repping the dvelcich glass tonight which I use far too infrequently.
