A complete higher-end coffee noob, but very impressed by better beans and this one in particular. Costa Rican beans by way of Estonian roasters. Light-med roast, low acidity, slightly sweet, maybe fruity. Really enjoyable to have a couple cups for/with breakfast.

Drink good beers today, team!

I’ll assume you had whiskey in there.

Still getting through the stash before I move. The difference between these is hilarious. The Cantillon is 3 months old and slightly sick or ropey. The Hanssens is 3 years old and surprisingly easy to drink but no fruit left and pretty sour.
