Took the day off planning on doing some steelhead fishing but it's too damn cold.

Decided on drinking while I read the paper instead.

Thoughts on the pate? I really need to dig into my jar at some point.
A touch sweeter than the geuze pate. The guy that makes it for 3F is a wizard. Great flavor, really nice meaty texture, not too fatty, but enough of it to add mega flavor. Of the brands/types I've tried (15-20 recently), both are my favorites. Be careful, once opened, it doesn't last long unless you can control yourself. But you're tosh, who am I kidding?
