Doppelbock cellaring experiment, it's reminding me of a thicker dunkelweizen (has some esters), with some milk chocolate. That's odd for a lager. Consistency is that of milk chocolate. There is no alcohol presence, while fresh there is some. I'm pretty happy with how it's changed in two years. Chalk up another victory to my cellaring experiment.
