I'm new to brewing been mostly wine & mead now i would like to make a dark bragot using dme & some honey grain as a partial mash. i think i understand the concept. i want to try a small batch 1st dont want to waste 5 gal of something i maynot like.
does anyone have a recipe they want to share?
i like guiness & would like to make something like it.
