Ok, maybe not too bad. A week ago I threw a couple bottles in the fridge to chill. Today I went to grab one and realized the ones I threw in the fridge were actually beers I had only bottled a few days prior. So I took them out of the fridge and put them back in a box a room temp. I'm just worried that they're not going to condition right since they've spent so much time chiling.
Thoughts?

I think they will be ok. The yeast may have gone dormant again, but should wake up and eat the sugars!

They will be fine just swirl them around a little to get the yeast back in suspension. I used to roll the bottles on a towel every few days when I bottled. .

Just flip'em! Flip'em good...

(I do not advise on whipping them)...

I would let them go a little longer then before, so the yeast has time to 'wake up'; try a sample one after 4 weeks or so, and go from there.

:tank:!
