I've made batches of hard cider before and now am curious about this aphelwien stuff--Hows it compare to say a New England or a old fashioned N.E.Pa. hard cider ?
Were can I find EDWorts recipe that every body is raving over ? I've got an empty 3 gallon carboy that's just calling out-fill me. Thanks, Shane

Beware...this sh!t is potent. Very dry. Non-sweet and just this side of methanol.

But very good and rather addictive. Hits around 8-9% and needs at least four weeks to ferment out.
