Long story short...25psi for 10 days...oops.

Have it in the fridge with relief valve open and off gas for one week.

Still foamy as heck.

Should I let it warm up?

I don't like letting my beer warm up once its chilled...

How long cold will it take to decarb?

I had the same problem once, i blew out the pressure then closed the valve and shook the keg. Let it settle in for an hour or so, check the pressure and repeat till youre at your desired carb lvl.

Never forget the let it settle inless you like beer showers LOL.
The shake and release gas works although messy if you are in a hurry.

This is why I advocate for simply hooking up your keg at serving pressure and let it set for a week to 10 days. Your beer will benefit with the extra time conditioning too.

Same thing happened to me once. Let the keg warm to room temperature, give it a shake, pull the PRV. Let it rest for half an hour or so and repeat - shake and pull, shake and pull, shake and pull. By the end of the day it should flatten out. If you over did it, just chill it and hook it up to gas at serving pressure and wait.
