crystal millet or rice

For those of you with experience using grouse crystal millet or crystal rice from norcal brewing, how much are you using in a 5 gal batch, and with what results?
I am intrested in using these products as steeping grains to add body and flavor to my rather thin rice syrup extract beers.

I would apreate hearing about your experiences with these products.

I have used 1lb to 1.25lb crystal millet and buckwheat in a 5 gallon batch with good results:
