I'm attempting to clone Sam Adams Hazel Brown based on the info I could find on their website. Any feedback would be welcome

Method: Extract
Style: American Brown Ale
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 5.25 gallons
Boil Size: 2.5 gallons


7 lb Liquid Malt Extract - Amber

Steeping Grains
0.25 lb American - Chocolate
0.75 lb American - Caramel / Crystal 60L
0.25 lb American - Roasted Barley
0.25 lb Belgian - Biscuit

Hops
1.5 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh 3.75 AA 60 min
0.5 oz East Kent Goldings 5 AA 25 min
0.5 oz East Kent Goldings 5 AA 5 min
 
I think you're pretty close. I'll assume the IBUs and gravity are in line with the recipe.

Many people recommend using a light or pale extract for the base so that you have more control over the beer. In your case, you can sub out the Amber extract for a pale extact and increase the crystal 60.

What's the lovibond of the chocolate malt? You may want to consider using a little more chocolate, especially if it is in the medium range of the chocolate malts.
 
Have you bottled this up yet? Wondering how it turned out. I'm considering trying it myself this coming weekend.
