Hi. Is it safe to create a 10 gallon batch in 2 separate brew kettles (both going into the same fermenter)? We were thinking of staggering the start time by 20 minutes so the first 5 gallons would go into the fermenter and 20 minutes later the 2nd batch would be mixed in. They are the same extract kits. We would pitch the yeast at the same time. We don't have stove big enough for a larger kettle and we don't want to use a turkey fryer :)
Thanks!!

Yep. That'll work fine. You can even add all of your hops to one pot so you won't have to boil for an hour in the second pot.

Yup, that's the only way I'm able to do full boils on my wimpy kitchen stove.

You may have thought of it, but try placing your brew kettle on both burners. That typically helps out too if you want to attempt a full boil.
