I'm putting the finishing touches on an American Wheat and would like some feedback on the hop schedule.

This will be a short boil (30 minutes) with the hops going in for only the final 20 minutes of that. I have never done such a short boil, or one without lengthy bittering additions, so what issues should I be mindful of? Is an IBU of ~21 too much for an American Wheat?

I have 4 oz of Huell Melon that I have been saving for this beer, and I would like to use a bit of Calypso to help bring out the fruitiness of that hop. I don't want a ton of bitterness from any of them.

Thank you, as usual, for any feedback.
